Intake
Therapy
The intake fee for all therapy services is $30 to be paid at the start of the first intake session.
The individual and group therapy fee is $100 per session. However, individuals can apply for a reduced fee for all psychotherapy services by providing the following documentation: (i) annual household income (W2 tax form and 3 current consecutive pay stubs), (ii) amount spent on housing (copy of rent, lease or or mortgage payment) (iii) number of dependents that the patient is responsible as evidenced in tax returns.
TEsting/
Assessment
The Psychological Center provides Psychological Testing and Neuropsychological Assessments. The fee for a complete testing/assessment and written report is $4000. Individuals may apply for a reduced fee by providing the following documentation: (i) annual household income (W2 tax form and 3 current consecutive pay stubs), (ii) amount spent on housing (copy of rent, lease or or mortgage payment) (iii) number of dependents that the patient is responsible as evidenced in tax returns. A deposit of 50% percent of the set fee is required at the first assessment appointment. The entire fee must be paid before the assessment report will be shared. Payment plans are an option.
